A Thousand Thoughts

What consumes the most blood and qi/energy is our thoughts! When we have more thoughts, the spirit is no longer here, but attached to the things we think about and the people we love.

This will lead to:

We can’t settle down, can’t calm down, can’t eat or sleep well,etc. We keep checking our phone from time to time, our thinking is blocked, our spirit is scattered, everything we do is rough, which results to lack of  confidence. Slowly, it will lead to anxiety.

The best way to nourish blood and qi is to change the we we use our mind:

  • Reduce consumption, use your brain less, get angry less, and think less.

  • Focus on yourself, there is no need to be jealous of anyone, no need to envy anyone, and no need to have thoughts because of anyone.

  • Tell yourself that what that are happening has limited influence upon me. No one can hurt us unless we allow it.

The “Avatamsaka Sutra” says: “The mind is like a painter, who can paint all the worlds.”

The people who bring me troubles also bring me growth;

the people who bring me pain also bring me courage!

The people we resent are exactly what I need;

The people I hate are actually here to save us!

Everyone we meet is actually a different me! When we change, all the pain and troubles disappear.

 

The Diamond Sutra tells us: “Everything that exists like bubbles.” Let go of all temporary appearances. Focus on improving your own cultivation. For example, when we have upgrade our dimensions to the fifth or even higher, the problem at 3rd dimension will be solved perfectly.

一念三千

最耗气血的,是我们的念头!


当我们的念头越多,神就不在自己这里了,而附在我们所想之物、所爱之人的身上。


这就会导致:


凡事定不下来,静不下来,吃不好睡不好,读不进去书。学一会就得看手机,工作一会儿就坐立不安,思考受阻,精神涣散,做什么都很粗糙,没信心。慢慢的就会产生焦虑和更多内耗。

养气血最好的方法是转念:

减少消耗,少用脑,少生气,少思虑。

放下

把注意力放在自己身上,不需要嫉妒任何人,不需要羡慕任何人,更不必因为任何人起心动念。

要告诉自己,跟我没啥关系,其实我们不在意,谁都伤害不了我们。

《华严经》中说:“心如工画师,能画诸世间。”

带给我烦恼的人,也带给了我成长;带给我痛苦的人,也带给我勇气!

我们怨恨的人,恰恰是我需要的;我讨厌的的人,其实是来渡我们的!

我们遇到的每一个人,其实都是不同的我!
