In quantum physics, all possibilities exist within the present moment. But most of people’s brain anticipates future based on the past, not present. Hence we require training, practising finding the present moment, beginning to change habits, thoughts and behaviors. There is invisible energy field around us around our body, when you react to someone or something, you draw from this invisible field and your turn it into chemistry. They can exert better effects on reality.
When you drop an apple into the water, you produce a ripple. If you keep sustain that state, dropping the same state over and over again, you broadcast the signature to the same field.
The emotion is magnetic charge. Your intention is the information that carries that wave. When you combine clear intention, with elevated emotion, you begin to produce an effect on matter. The thoughts that you think is the electrical charge in the quantum field. How you think and how you feel broadcasts an electro magnetic signature that influences every single atom in your life.
If you are feeling sorry for yourself like a victim, you are broadcasting that signature to the field. You will create more experiences to suffer.
Because we are not punished for our sins. We are punished by our sins.
Sin is an attitude.
Sin is how you think and how you feel.
When you teach people to give up their guilt, shame, unworthiness, you invite them to open their heart to create coherent waves in their brain and heart. It takes training and practice. It takes learning information and deprogramming ourselves.
If you are living by stress, with no energy, you cant produce en effect on matter.
Life is about the management of energy. Where you place you attention, is where you place your energy.
If your attention is on the knowns and the predictable future, or your attention is on the familiar emotions of the past, you are syphoning energy out of the present moment.
When you practise it really well, you will begin to do what’s innately your birthright, that is, to create an unknown, or wonderful experience in your life.”It just takes practice in order to do it.

A New York Times best-selling author, researcher, lecturer, and corporate consultant, Dr Joe Dispenza has developed a practical formula to help people transform their lives.

Dr Joe’s team also has conducted extensive research on cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, and neurogenesis – as well as the effects of advanced meditators’ natural resistance to the COVID-19 virus; isolating a specific protein that strengthens the immune responses. The team also has measured how intention can directly influence gene expression and protein regulation. They have measured changes in cellular mitochondrial function, endogenous opioids, neurotransmitters, telomere length, and variations in bioactive cellular metabolic particles.
Research studies conducted at their retreats also include speech analysis to better understand the language of transformation and transcendental experiences; studies on twins and closely bonded pairs; the use of random-event generators to measure changes in collective consciousness; and the biological effects of in-person as well as Remote Coherence Healing™ sessions.
Dr Joe and his team are expanding their reach to include communities in need around the world. They’ve worked with more than one thousand children to study the effects of meditation in a school setting; veterans – including U.S. Navy SEALs – and others suffering with post-traumatic stress disorder; inmates at prisons in the U.S. and Mexico; indigenous tribes in the U.S.; and children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
